Winter Pinecone Birdfeeder (Jane's recipe)

Gather: pinecones, peanut butter, string, and sunflower or bird seed in pie tin.

Tie string around the top of the pinecones. With dull knife or spoon smear peanut butter in and around the pinecones. Then roll them in seeds. Hang from tree branches in such a way that birds can perch on a limb and reach the pinecone.
