Chex Mix™ Cheese Ball

Looking for an easy appetizer? Try this creamy cheese ball that’s rolled in a coating of crispy Chex Mix™!

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1 package (1 oz) ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix (3 tablespoons)
1 cup Chex Mix™ traditional snack mix (from 8.75-oz bag)

In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and seasoning mix. Shape mixture into a ball; place on plate. [Refrigerate for several hours to marry flavors]

Place snack mix in resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag. Use meat mallet to crush snack mix into small pieces. Press crushed snack mix all over outside of cheese ball. [Roll in Chex Mix when ready to serve]

Serve immediately.
