Mom's Dip for Fresh Cauliflower

Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Celery seed
Little vinegar (optional)
Cauliflower Flowerets

I've never measured any of these ingredients. Start with a cup or less of mayonnaise, mix in a few tablespoons of ketchup. The color should be a light pink. Add more ketchup, if necessary. Add about a tablespoon of celery seed. You could add more or less celery seed. Add a touch of vinegar, if you like, to give it a little more zing. Taste the dip and adjust ingredients if need be. Serve with fresh cauliflower pieces for dipping.
