Honey Mustard Barbecue Sauce

This sweet mustard barbecue sauce works great on poultry and pork.

1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup dark honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons whole-grain or stone-ground mustard
2 tablespoon minced green onion (optional)
fresh cracked black pepper

Combine mustards in a bowl and mix well. Add other ingredients and continue mixing until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Makes about 1 1/3 cup
