Grasshopper

Skip dessert and go straight for the Grasshopper! This is a delicious green martini that is light on the alcohol and heavy on the sweet flavor and it is a pure chocolate-mint delight.

One of the great aspects about the Grasshopper is that you can experiment with the ratio to suit your taste. If you feel like a little more chocolate, add more creme de cacao. Is mint on your mind tonight? Simply ramp up the other liqueur.

This is a brilliant and easy dessert cocktail.

3/4 ounce cream
3/4 ounce white creme de cacao
3/4 ounce green creme de menthe

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
