Irish Eyes

Everybody will love this green whiskey cocktail. Okay, so if you don't like creamy, minty drinks this is probably not for you, but for the rest of us it's a delight.

1 ounce Irish whiskey
1/4 ounce green crème de menthe
2 ounce cream
Maraschino cherry for garnish

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well.

Strain into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
