Peppermint Hot Chocolate Martini

Rich and chocolatey, this hot chocolate martini gets a spike of peppermint, making it perfect for the holidays.

2 ounces hot chocolate cooled
1 ounce candy cane vodka or peppermint schnapps
1/2 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/2 ounce white chocolate liqueur such as Godiva

Garnish:
2 small candy canes crushed
1 teaspoon graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon coarse sugar
Pinch salt

Fill a shaker halfway with ice and add the ingredients. Shake for a minute or two.

Combine the garnish ingredients on a small plate. Dip the rim of your glass in a little bit of Baileys and dip in the mixture.

Strain the drink into the rimmed glass and enjoy!
