Root Beer Floats

Root beer floats are a fun summertime cooler.

Vanilla ice cream
Bottled root beer, well chilled

Fill a tall frosted glass halfway with vanilla ice cream. Pour the root beer overtop to fill the glass. Serve with a straw and a long-handled spoon.
