Grand Marnier Butter

For an elegant bread spread, combine:

one stick of softened butter
finely grated zest of one orange
2 Tablespoons of orange marmalade
1 Tablespoon of Grand Marnier.

This mixture also makes a wonderful glaze for poultry.
