Chocolate Fudge

Marilyn Gielow made this fudge years ago for the Christmas holidays. I remember it was quite good and asked her for the recipe. As written, her recipe makes 5 pounds, a lot of fudge unless you plan to give it as gifts. I then came across the Nestlé Toll House recipe, which seemed very similar. After dividing Marilyn's recipe by 4, I discovered that the Nestlé recipe is almost identical except it does not use the German Sweet Chocolate and uses more chocolate proportionally. Marilyn's recipe uses a total of 24 oz. of chocolate (if you divide by 4, the amount is 6 oz.). Instead of 6 oz., Nestlé's recipe uses 9 oz.
