Mustard Sauce

Good on just about any meat or fish. Also great for patés and terrines.

1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 - 4 tsp. horseradish (to taste)
1/4 cup chopped green onion

Mix ingredients together. Refrigerate a few hours to marry flavors.
