Dill Caper Cream

Serve with crab cakes, crab cake burgers, and other seafood dishes.

1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon capers, drained

Stir together sour cream, chopped fresh dill, and drained capers in a small bowl.
