Sweet Hot Mustard (German)

A good mustard to serve with fried slices of Kielbasa, Bratwurst or other German sausage as an appetizer. Serve carrot sticks on the side.

1 cup prepared course-grained mustard
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours to overnight to meld flavors.
