Corn with Cream Cheese

FMM: We made this and it was quite good. The cream cheese gave a nice creamy texture to it. You could cut back on the cream cheese if you want. Keep adding a little bit at a time until you get the texture you want.

2 (16 ounce) cans whole corn, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (4 ounce) can green chiles, chopped (we used fresh jalapenos)
1 tablespoon butter
Chili powder for garnish

Combine ingredients in saucepan.

Cook over low heat until heated through. After the cream cheese begins to melt, stir constantly.

Place in serving bowl & sprinkle with chili powder to garnish.
