Mousse or Cremas as they are known in Mexico are very, very simple...but impressive & very tasty. This one is also refreshing and light.

1) Peel & roughly chop 2 Mangos
2) Puree the Mangos in a blender starting at the lowest setting then gradually increasing the speed
3) Whip up 1/2 Can of Condensed Milk & 1 Cup of Heavy Cream until it is light & stiff.
4) Slowly fold in a 1/2 a Lemon's worth of juice
5) Slowly fold in the Mango puree with the Whipped Cream
6) Serve the Mousse in Martini Glasses & cover with Saran wrap.
7) Refrigerate for at least couple of hours, but it will be at its best a day later.
8) Finish with a Raspberries & Mint Leaves.
