Jane's Chocolate Waffle Sundaes

Makes 12 four inch waffle squares

1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
Vanilla, maple-nut or peppermint ice cream.
Chocolate ice cream syrup.

Heat waffle baker.
Beat baking mix, sugar, cocoa, water, oil and eggs with wire wisk or electric mixer (on low) in medium bowl until smooth.
Pour about 2/3 cup batter onto center of hot waffle baker. Bake about 5 minutes. Remove waffle carefully.
Serve with ice cream and syrup.
