Red, White and Blue Layered Jello Dessert
from https://kitchendivas.com/

The website I got this recipe from called it Red, White and Blue Jello Layered Cake, but there is no cake in it. It just has a crushed graham cracker crust in the bottom, so I renamed it. The white layer is made with White Chocolate pudding mix, which I found interesting.
"Jello Layered Cake is a festive and fun individual dessert that makes for a beautiful and delicious dessert table. Perfect for the 4th. You can use different colored puddings and Jello to create any look you want. If you want you can also mix half Jello and half pudding to create different colors and consistencies. You can top with crushed nuts, sprinkles, or any topping you wish.
"I find the easiest way to serve Jello Layered Cake is by placing it in the individual containers. You can make this dish in a large trifle type of bowl if you don’t want to use smaller glasses. However, using small glasses or mason jars really makes dishing out a snap and keeps your layers pretty while you enjoy this delicious treat.
"This dessert is best made a few hours before you want to enjoy it. If you want to make this dessert ahead you can prepare it about 24 hours before your event. It will hold up just fine in the fridge for about 24 hours. "
1 Cup graham crackers crushed
4 Teaspoons sugar
4 Teaspoons butter
2 Cups water
2 Cups milk
1 box Blue Jello, berry blue or blue raspberry
1 box Red Jello, cherry, strawberry Jello
1 box white chocolate Jello pudding
The Crust
Place the crushed graham crackers (you can use a food processor or crush by hand) in a mixing bowl. Add the sugar and butter. Mix well. It should resemble wet sand.
Place ¼ cup of graham cracker mixture into glass, microwave proof mug or cup. Pack down tight. You can use a canned goods can or another cup to help press crust down. Place in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and press the crust down again to make it firm and set aside.
The Jello and Pudding
In one heatproof bowl place the strawberry or cherry jello and add 1 cup of warm/hot water. Stir well and let mixture dissolve for 5 minutes. In another bowl, repeat this step with your blue jello.
In a separate bowl mix the white chocolate pudding with 2 cups of milk. You can use half and half cream if you wish as well. Mix well (a handheld mixer works great) and set aside.
Take each cup and place 1/4 cup (or amount that you desire) of white chocolate pudding and let it level out. You can place in the refrigerator or freezer if you want to layer to be more defined.
After white chocolate layer over the crust has firmed up, place a layer of red or blue jello next. Refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes and then add another layer of white chocolate pudding.
Add the opposite color jello after each white chocolate layer until you reach the top letting each layer refrigerate each time.
When ready to serve, top off with whipped cream! You can add crushed nuts, sprinkles, or any topping you wish.
