Jane's Cheesecake Tarts

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
vanilla wafer cookies
1 can (cherry, blueberry, or peach) pie filling
cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cream softened cream cheese, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.

Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of paper-lined cupcake or muffin tin. Fill each cup 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture and bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Mix pie filling and cinnamon to taste. Top each tart with pie filling. Chill until ready to serve.

Refrigerate any left-overs.
