Dishwasher Control Board Not Working

When I tried to start the dishwasher, the Start button came on but with Added Heat and Heated Dry on. Couldn't get the buttons off. The Control Board was not responding. Then it got stuck on Heated Dry. When I started the dishwasher, it sounded like it was draining, then Headed Dry started.

Fixing a Stuck Control Board (from the Internet)

Do a Hard Reset: Cut power via the breaker box for 5 minutes to let the internal computer clear its memory and unfreeze a stuck relay.

If the button is unresponsive or the setting is locked on, while perform a system reset (by shutting off power at the circuit breaker or unplugging the unit for 2 to 5 minutes) press the Start/Reset button for 5 seconds before turning the breakers back on or plugging back in.

Results: I turned off both of my breakers labeled Kitchen Recap?. The dishwasher would then let me set it to wash, normal cycle.
