Brian's Pesto Dijon Pork Steaks

Pork loin steaks, about 3/4" thick
Basil Pesto
Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper the steaks, if desired. Spread with a fairly thick layer of pesto. Carefully spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on top. Place on a rack in a flat baking pan. Bake in a 350° oven until cooked through - 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how thick your steaks are.
