Spinach & Cheese Filling for Pasta

1 recipe Cheese Filling for Pasta
10 oz. bag fresh spinach

Wash the spinach and place in a colander in the sink. Boil a pot of water and pour over the spinach to wilt it. Chop and add to the cheese filling. Fill the pasta and assemble as you would for the cheese filling (see recipe).

Note: Escarole could be used in place of the spinach.
