Honey Citrus Vinaigrette
from https://www.thekitchn.com/
A simple vinaigrette is the easiest way to liven up a fruit salad. It pairs well with everything from mixed berries and melons to stone fruit and citrus. You don’t need a lot to make an impact — just one tablespoon of vinaigrette for every cup of fruit gets the job done.
1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
1/4 cup orange juice (from 1 medium navel orange)
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (from 1 lime)
1 tablespoon honey
Pinch kosher salt
Place all the ingredients in a jar or other container with a tight-fitting lid. Seal and shake vigorously until well-combined and the honey is dissolved. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Makes about 1/2 cup vinaigrette
