Cucumber Salad with Feta Cheese

Jennifer, my neighbor’s daughter, made this for a cookout at her mother’s house. It was quite good. She didn’t give me a recipe, just the ingredients.

Cucumbers, cut in wedges (she uses Japanese cucumbers which have less water in them)
Feta cheese
Red onion
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
