Brie on French or Sour Dough Bread

This sandwich is great for a picnic or when hiking. Just take the cheese and bread along with you with a knife and make them on the spot. The French beverage of choice to go with these is a bottle of good red wine. They also pack well for a brown-bag lunch.

French or sour dough bread

Slice the bread in half lengthwise or in rounds. Place slices of Brie on the bread and eat open-face.
