Sparkler Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Fun for the 4th of July!

1 bag Snyder's dipping pretzel sticks
16 oz. melting chocolate
red, white, and blue sprinkles
parchment paper

Lay out a large sheet of parchment paper on your work surface.

Melt chocolate according to package directions. Once melted, start dipping!

Dip each pretzel stick in the chocolate to cover about half of the stick. Tap the pretzel on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate. Lay the stick on the parchment.

Dip about 10 sticks and then stop to sprinkle on the sprinkles. If you wait until you do all the dipping, most of the chocolate will have hardened and the sprinkles won't stick. Repeat until you are out of chocolate or out of pretzels.

Let pretzels cool completely, usually about an hour or so, before storing in an airtight container.

Makes about 100 sticks (one bag of pretzels)
