Eggs à la Reine

Betty Crocker says this dish is "fit for a queen's luncheon or supper".

Toast rounds
Sliced mushrooms sauteed in butter
poached eggs, 2 per person
hot cheese sauce (white sauce variation)
grated Parmesan cheese

Place rounds of toast in a baking dish. Cover with sliced mushrooms that have been sauteed in butter...then with poached eggs. Pour hot cheese sauce over all. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in a preheated 375° F. oven until the cheese sauce is hot and bubbly.
