Hunter's Sauce for Wild Duck

This is an excellent sauce (also called Chasseur sauce - Chasseur is French for "hunter") to serve with any roasted duck. Try Crisp Slow-Roasted Duck.

1 c. red currant jelly
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 2 lemons
1 T. prepared horseradish sauce
1 c. dry red wine

Combine ingredients in a small, heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer slowly until slightly thickened.
