Corned Beef Special

A cold version of the Reuben substituting cole slaw for sauerkraut.

Rye or pumpernickel bread
Coarse-grain prepared mustard
Corned beef slices
Swiss cheese slices
Cole slaw
Russian dressing

Spread mustard on one slice of bread, then layer the corned beef, the cheese, and cole slaw on top. Spread the other slice of bread with Russian dressing and place on top. Slice diagonally and serve.
