Tips for Packed Lunches for the Office

  • Vary the breads used for sandwiches to keep them interesting

  • Use alfalfa sprouts or Chinese cabbage in place of lettuce in sandwiches for a nice change

  • To keep bread from getting soggy, place tomatoes in a separate container and add them to the sandwich when ready to eat

  • Same goes for packed salads. Pack the dressing on the side.

  • Pack fresh vegetables for a tasty and fresh accompaniment for sandwiches or a snack

  • When trying to come up with new ideas, don't just think "lunch," think "appetizers." Appetizers are great finger foods and can be quite filling
